Fall update 2019

Hard to believe another fall season is already passing us by! It has been quite a busy year for me and the studio so wanted to share some updates and give you an idea of when some of my new music will be out there!

During the late spring/summer I had the pleasure of having two great fingerstyle artits stay and record with me, Adam Crossman and David Harland! First up was Adam all the way from Canada who brought some great electronic arrangements to combine with his acoustic fingerstyle guitar and it turned out awesome - check out my personal fav on his YouTube "Heart of the Rose". Then David Harland from Minnesota came with an ambitious goal of doing a double album in a week, one album solo fingerstyle other half guitar and voice, and we ended up tracking all 16 tracks in 4 days even with him coming down with a nasty cold on vocal day! Proud of what we were able to accomplish during that time, David is a great songwriter with the vocal skills to match his great guitar playing - check out his new album "Searching For Someday".

After finishing up those projects I completed the final masters for Alex Brubaker who's full length album should be out soon, he was my earliest studio supporter and the album is a great mix of deeply moving solo guitar pieces combined with some fun light hearted tracks and electronic-acoustic pedal madness- definitely one to watch out for if you give him a follow!

Up to present a few other recent singles I mixed and mastered including tracks for Ian Ethan Case, Kat Gruvs and Forest Bailey (who got a feature on CandyRat, congrats!). Also did a track for Sean de Burca that should be out soon that is an epic 7 string acoustic metal...stay tuned!

Speaking of Sean, we just got him a photo for my upcoming CandyRat single taken by my good friend and great photographer Thomas Krueger - Sean de Burca will be working his magic on the artwork for the single and upcoming 2nd album. I'm hoping to finish things for the single this 2019/2020 winter with tabs and video to follow and the full album by end of year 2020 depending on how busy the studio gets.

Thanks again for your support and I'll keep you posted early next year!
